stratagem is a netlabel based in canada focused on the promotion and production of minimal electronic music. their goal is to provide a resource for djs, live performers, podcasts, non-commercial radio by making quality releases available for download and use (legal). Since thei debut in august 2005, they have maintained a schedule of one release every 3 months, and have featured established and unknown artists producing locally as well as internationally.

In completely Berlin only the places interested us, at which one got music. The night was good to us. We found new locations, unknown humans. But some evening seemed to us sometime long and longer, the nights lost ever more of their attraction. It was an unrest in us - an urge to act to create. We began, to think about our ideas. And now we want to begin to convert our ideas. We want back, what we had at the beginning: our music. This new start is called Pentagonik.de….”
