Codix
Born in the middle east of Germany, Codix is a fan of electronic music since he was a teenager.
After listening to harder techno for some years, he became a lover of more minimalistic
music, when he discovered artists like John Tejada, Stewart Walker, Richie Hawtin,
Matthew Herbert and Rhythm and Sound.
Within some years he made again a big discovery, the netlabels Textone and Thinner.
This was the beginning of his move torwards the netlabel scene. He was amazed about how
many good music was available for free and how many music styles he now could listen to.
Today he listens to hundreds of netlabels in various genres and trys to push free music.
Codix is not a vinyl dj, he even don’t has any vinyl, nor does he have turntables.
He only got a computer, TraktorDJ, love and passion for good music and a huge archive
of netlabels from around the world.
