BIOGRAPHY:
1988 - first clubbing experience
1991 - started DJing
1993 - started club promotion
2001 - started music production
2006 - is one of the key influencers in Helsinki club culture
Based in Helsinki, Finland, Joe Le Bon keeps himself busy while building his
DJ career, producing in studio and also operating behind several well-known
Helsinki based club brands.His favorite styles include techno, house and electro, and typically you can
hear all of them nicely combined during one set. He prefers small clubs and
loves to play extra long sets. This year played all around in Finland and
internationally in Berlin, Moscow and in Novosibirsk.
Lately he has started to work in studio producing own material and few
co-operations. First vinyl release is coming out soon!
As a promoter Joe Le Bon is constantly reloading the Helsinki underground
scene with fresh ideas and new concepts including TURBO 5000, Terrace Mixx,
Fuck The Melody, Love Stimulation and hosting of resident nights for
Renaissance and International Deejay Gigolos. International guests include
Tiga, Hybrid, Anton Kubikov (SCSI9), The Field, Markus Guentner, Humate,
Oliver Klein, Steve Barnes aka Cosmic Sandwich, Play Paul, HELL…
